Sins Of Lust #10: Alabama Cops Brian Edward Walker & Jonathan Perry Works Arrested For Sodomizing Mentally Challenged Women

Two former Alabama police officers are arrested and charged with first-degree RAPE for horrific 'off-duty incidents'

Two Alabama police officers were arrested on first-degree rape charges, prompting their resignation. Former Southside Police Department Brian Edward Walker, 44, and Jonathan Perry Works, 41, were taken into custody by the Etowah County Sheriff's Office Monday night. Their arrests come after Southside police received details November 21 regarding the alleged sex crimes. Walker has been charged with two counts of rape for 'sexual intercourse with a member of the opposite sex who was incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless or mentally incapacitated. 'Or, having a legal duty to prevent the commission of the offense, did fail to make an effort he is legally required to make,' according to Alabama.com. Two women were named as victims in the alleged crimes against Walker, while no identities could be released. Works has been charged with two counts of first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sodomy. His charges stem from 'sexual intercourse with a member of the opposite sex who was incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless or mentally incapacitated,' court documents obtained by Alabama.com said. For sodomy, Works is 'accused of engaging in deviate sexual intercourse with a member of the opposite sex who was incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless or mentally incapacitated.' It is currently unclear whether the counts involved one or more victims. Source
