A 21-year-old Polk County mailman has been charged with burglary and bestiality after getting caught on camera engaging in a sexual act with a dog along his postal route. A rural Crookston resident told authorities he noticed the mailman was spending a lot of time in his garage because he has cameras installed at his house, the criminal complaint reports. While he at first thought the mailman was going in to drop off packages, he became suspicious. He watched camera footage from 1:30 p.m. Feb. 6, capturing the mailman entering his garage and performing a sexual act with his dog, according to the criminal complaint. The deputy reviewed the footage and observed the same thing. Brian Louis George L. Chapman of Crookston was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and bestiality, which is a misdemeanor.
